In the first part, article debate the case of Zha Si-ting. In the case of Zha Si-ting, the test question of Weimin Suozhi spreaded widely, but in fact this test question didn't exist at all. The article retrospect the historical materials of private notes and archives, which recorded the case of Zha Si-ting in detail of in brief. The article thinks out that the special historical environment and the common historical misinterpretation cause the misinformation.In the second part, there were an special kind of literary inquisitions in the Qianlong regime that lower intellectual sent their books and constructions to the officials who intended to get into the official system. The article think that the reason of their action is that they were input by the policy of the emperor and difficulty of examination system, but for the secret society, the Emperor Qianlong punished them tight. The article dictate because of the Monarch dominationism and the feudal monarch thought, the special kind of literary inquisitions had no influence in the Qing Dynasty.
