The Research On Kazak Ethnic Group Striding Over The Border Between China And Russian-Soviet Union

Kazak, as an ethnic group striding over the border, has experiencing a long and difficult process. Nowadays, on the one hand it is one of 56 minorities in our country, on the other hand it is the corpus race of Kazakhstan. In China, kazak is mostly distributed in the region of XingJiang there are endless boundary line between XingJiang and Kazakhstan. Although kazak belongs to the two different nations of China and Kazakhstan respectively, they have common origins and culture. Therefore, carrying out the research on the related problems of kazak, as ethnic group striding over border, has not only historical significance but also realistic ones. The paper learns the period from the formation of kazak in Modern Age to the foundation of Kazakhstan in 1991. It primarily argues that the kazak was under the control of Russia and then became the member of Soviet Union. While the other part was owed to Manchu Dynasty, experienced Public of China and finally became a member of the People's Republic of China. On the whole, the paper is divided into three sections. The first part is the process that kazak became an ethnic group striding over border. In this part, the author firstly looks back the establishment of kazak country and the general idea of Three yüz in history, then emphasizes Russia conquered the kazak and founded the system administrator ,However, after Manchu Dynasty unified XingJiang, part number of kazak also belonged to Manchu Dynasty which led to the fact that kazak was attributed to Russia and Manchu Dynasty respectively. Henceforth, Russia continued to invade eastward, not only enhancing the governance to kazak but also forcing Manchu Dynasty to sign a series of unequal treaties. All of the above caused the formation of kazak ethnic group striding over the border. The second part is the conditions of kazak in China and Soviet Union in Republic of China. Here, it mainly analyses the diverse development tracks of kazak in the mercy of XingJiang local government and Soviet Union. The third part is the circumstances of kazak in the People's Republic of China and Soviet Union respectively. It stresses the performance and difference in the field of society, economy and culture under different backgrounds from 1949 to 1991. The difference has effect on the development of kazak. Finally, it summaries the problems of ethnic group of striding over border and how to deal with their relations. At the same, it emphasizes the great significance of the solution to international relations and domestic race relations.
