In the second philosophy of Wittgenstein, Theory of knowledge always is an ignored topic This thesis from the important concept " Grammatical Proposition " of his second philosophy, discusses the problem of theory of knowledge in Wittgenstein'works, and tries to interpret his mind At this foundation, the author discusses the relation between the philosophy of Wittgenstein and the philosophy of Kant , Scpticism Holism Linguistics of Chomsky This thesis maintains that the theory of knowledge of Wittgenstein has a specialty ,the author prefer name "the fundamental theory of knowledge ", it does not deal with the normal knowledge of experience, but the foundation of knowledge that is the foundation of belief Form the point of the Grammatical Propositions, they are in the middle of the system of knowledge ,but they are not the knowledge of experience They are the foundation of the knowledge of experience, situated the limits of the system of knowledge, and the rules that decide the true-value of the other knowledge It is these propositions that set up "Form of life ""World Picture " in the sense of existentiale, They are not acquired through the experimental or transcendental form, but through the way of "paradoxical transcendental " that the author prefers...
