Chinese ancient ceramic is the treasure in Chinese ancient civilization, which influences the world culture and modern civilization. In recent years, in order to obtain huge economic benefit, the re-production of Chinese ancient ceramics was -rapidly grown up, some high-technical copies have almost arrived the aim which could not be identified by traditional method. Therefore, modern scientific ways have to be employed to help the traditional method to identify Chinese ancient ceramic. The Energy-Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) technique is now well established as a powerful too] for ancient ceramic by analyzing the pattern of element composition. It proves quick and non-destructive analysis,, involving easy sample preparation and good reproducibility, at the same time, the multi-elements composition of ceramic can be obtained, the technique is very suitable for analysis of ceramic samples, and has shown a good future in the research of Chinese ancient ceramic. In this research EDXRF was employed under the condition of non-destructive to analyze some samples chemical composition, including:...
