| Summarizing not only the forming background and active significance of the net-culture in the primary and middle school, but also the negative influence of the net-culture on psychological health and the manner of behavior for the pupils and middle school students from four aspects of the comprehensive status, information pressure and social funk. The discussions are both macroscopically and microcosmically divided into three special topics on the influence and countermeasure of the net-culture on mentality and psychological health of the teenagers.Microcosmically, one of the countermeasures is to draw the nourishment from traditional human civilization especially from the classics of the Confucianists for the vast teenagers to build a psychic dyke to prevent the negative influence of the net-culture. The other one is to develop the education of poesy that is to nourish the fine morality and sentiment for the vast pupils and middle school students with the beautiful Chinese poems. Still another one is to enrich the social meaning of morality further and build the network morality suitable for the education of teenagers. Finally, it is to strengthen the legislation and criterion the behavior of network.Microcosmically, the first of the four countermeasures is to strengthen the teaching and training of the teenagers' in their network knowledge and skills, and lead them to use the active network as well. Second, it is to develop the teaching material of information with games, stories and topics for the pupils and students. Third, it is to strengthen the building of the education of the campus network in information and resources and develop the teaching platform of network. Fourth, it is to exertion the network education function of schools, families and communities, and to strengthen the supervising of the pupils and students' in their spare time. Finally, as the tag, I hope that the net-culture will have a bright future.
