| Positive emotions are important aspects of positive psychology, which indicate thedegree of individual positive experiences, such as joy, interest, happiness, contentment.Positive emotions can build physical resources, intelligence resources and social resources,protect health, counteract the effect of negative emotions. Senior high school students arein the high period of growth, the remarkable physical change, the rapid development ofpsychology and the study pressure bring a lot of problems. Cultivating positive emotionscan improve the level of mental and body health, which has important meaning. Based on the investigation about the emotions and the mental health level of seniorhigh school students, the paper use cognitive-behavioral therapy to intervene, the mainconclusions are as follows: 1. There are some differences in positive emotions and the level of mental health ofsenior high school students. Senior high school students coming from different school,class and family have different representations. 2. There is high correlation between positive emotions and the level of mental health. 3. The adoption of cognitive-behavioral therapy to the senior high school studentsgets good result. Through the intervention,the students' positive emotions increase, theyfeel more pleasure. It indicates that cognitive-behavioral therapy has application value. Based on the view of positive psychology, facing to the majority students, theresearch not only helps the minority students solve problems, but also promote thedevelopment of most students. This research focuses on cultivating the students' positiveemotions and improving the students' mental health. The practice indicates thatcognitive-behavioral therapy can increase the students' positive emotions. |
