This Article talks all about integrity of the value viewpoint from the view point of institution, that is to say, we must design and arrange an institution to cooperate and integrate the Value-viewpoints into a whole, aiming at the living and mutual benefit . The necessary of Value-viewpoints' integrity was under the fact that violent confliction of value-viewpoints among the nations and world, which lead to low- efficiency, lose waste and even the broken of the value because of the hate and war from the confliction.
