Recently, the emotional education is more and more becoming a hot-point of the education reform. The Ellis' rational-emotive theory provides a new opinion for studies of emotion regulation. By now, many researches have tested that the rational-emotive therapy is valuable. However, how take rational-emotive therapy in emotional education is lack of practice in class, especially aiming to the junior high school students.At present, all kinds of tests still are the important means to value students and teachers' teaching. It is a prevalent phenomenon that tests give rise to test-anxiety. Over-test-anxiety is harm to the health of body and mental.On the base of introducing the theory and means about REE, the paper designs a experiment adopting class means, implement the rational-emotion education .the purposes of this study are two: one is to give some suggestion on implementing emotion education by analyzing the experimental results, the other is to provide some good ideas for solving the over test-anxiety problem.This study adopts the design of experiment group-control group former and back measure. From grade one and grade three of Changsha 7th Middle School, it choses four classes (choses two classes from each grade), and choses 15 students (including 7 boys and 8 girls) who have high-test anxiety from each class as subjects. The subjects become two study groups and two control groups of grade one and grade three. Two study groups received rational-emotive education class for ten weeks, one period a week.
