Study In The Evolution Of Ideas In The Literature Of The Bei Dynasty-From The Southerern Idea To The Norther Idea

This thesis takes the characteristic of the literature development in the certain space and time— Bei Dynasty into consideration .Meanwhile it tries to outline the course of vivification , self-consciousness, contemplation and retroaction shown in the ideas ,and collision and amalgamation between writing styles in the Nan Dynasty and the Bei Dynasty as well. Consequently, it reflects from a side aspect the conversion of the writing styles in the two Dynasties from disjoint to combination. Besides, this thesis probes into the mutual influence between region and literature, so as to seek the special law on the development of literature within certain region.In this thesis, we try to divide the evolution course of the ideas in literature of Bei Dynasty into three periods. From AD316, when the Jin Dynasty disappeared, to the early years of Beiwei Dynasty (316-466), is the first period. In the period, vivification and self-consciousness of region-oriented idea , how ideas of the Nan Dynasty and the Bei Dynasty come into being ,and its reflection on the creation of literature are mainly expounded. The second period (466—550), during which people of Qi were appeased, Emperor Xiaowen made Luoyang become capital ,the East Wei and the West Wei became separated , lasts from the year when Empress Feng comes into power to the establishment of Beiqi Dynasty. In the second period, choice and acceptance of culture in the Nan Dynasty were expounded. By analysing factors that influence the transmutation of the different ideas, such as appeasement of people in Qi , the characteristics of the transmutation of literature ideas are summarized. From the establishment of Beiqi Dynasty, to A.D. 618 when Emperor Yang of Sui Dynasty was killed by Yuwen huaji, and Tang Dynasty took the place of Sui Dynasty, is the last period(550—618).During this period ,how frugal appearance in the North was taken place of extravagance in the South after Houjing launched tempest, Jiangling became lost, and the South and the North are unification, is expounded.
