《(?)》 in Korean can correspond to "ii" in Chinese and they are similar to each other not only in questions but also in non-questions.Each has the function of expressing question and the indefinite in its language, while in non-questions each has random demonstrative, non-definite demonstrative and the "who"s identical in the respect of morphology are semantically different from and restrict each other.This paper is on the Contrast between 《(?)》 in Korean and "谁" in Chinese from the viewpoint of Syntax mainly as well as the Contrastive Linguistics,, semantics, Pragmatics the functionalism . The research adopts the following methods: First, the paper , based on the Contrastive Linguistics, compares the uses of "谁" with that of 《(?)》 in question, non-question , question tag, negative sentence.; Second, Chinese, different from Korean or English, is Isolating Language with its semantic and Pragmatics features. Herein Syntax, semantics, Pragmatics as well as the functionalism are applied in research ; Finally, the paper interprets the dialogues and negative sentences via the theory of the contextual restriction and the information transfer.The example sentences are divided into parts of sentence according to the standard of its own language and ,on which the structural comparison undergoes ,then They two are also compared in the disjunctive tag question, and then how "谁" in Chinese is used in non-question sentence can be analyzed in its persons and meaning to tell the use of random demonstrative and non-definite demonstrative.The paper tries to find out the similarities and differences by the comparison between the two "who" and supply proper explanations which might be helpful for translating and teaching Chinese people Korean language.
