With the trend of globalization today, the cosmopolitan art problem is appeared to be even more outstanding. Therefore, both the international and domestic academia are carrying on the academic discussion and the learned talk. Logo, it seems, is not only a universal language, but a special type of non-linguistic graphics symbols. How to manage the national characteristic of logo design in the international environment, as well as its internationalization, has been always affecting the progress tropism of our art design.Under the international environment, the problem which moderates the race special features of good marking design and internationalization can' t stand alone but talk about. Can compare sex to only have in the certain limit, certainly the category then can hold accurate dimensions. I sing the confidence problem of a degree to the race investigation of the marking in the international environment is also the race of marking to turn with the fusion of the of internationalization and interactive problem.Under the international environment, the coordination of national characteristic of the logo design and the problem of international unify cannot be argued in isolated way. Comparability is restricted to a certain limits, or a certain sort .The exploration in the nationality of the symbols inthe international environment is a degree of certainty into the question, and what' s more, it is the Amalgamation and interaction of the nationalization and internationalization. In my point of view, we should handle the problem in elenctic way. There isn' t a clear boundary between the two trends (the trends towards internationalization and nationalization). In spite of attaching great importance to the coherence of the world, it is also necessary to preserve the nationalization and localization of the logo design. What we say is that we do not simply take it from the traditional elements .To measure the international unify, we never got a absolute unique and unchangeable standards.At this point, the author started the research from the sense of national form, content and the potential spiritual, then followed the various angles in nationalization, thought the problem over in a rational manner by advocating the Three Domain Theory in measuring standards and the study on the difference between the east and the west in art design ,as well as the property, theme materials , cultural intension , the peculiarity of international design about logo , so as to finish the first step in the discussion of internationalization about the national design.
