As the psychological quality is an important aspect of an individual's integrative quality, the Psychological Health Education is one vital part of the Quality Education. Therefore, to strengthen the Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates and to improve the undergraduates psychological quality are significant to their mind and body health and their comprehensive development, which includes moral, intelligent, physical development, furthermore, have profound influence to their all-life individual development and the national new generation' s integrated quality improvement.To strengthen the Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates is an important approach to carry the Party's education policy, to implement the Quality Education and to promote the undergraduates' integrative development. We have made some achievements in the Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates during the past twenty years since mid 1980: we have formed a clear picture in our mind, have built a firm foundation and have gained valuable experiences. Meanwhile, we are facing many problems or obstacles on our way, which are blocking us from putting the Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates into practice. In this article, we will study the current situation of the Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates from the following three parts:Part 1: This part focuses on the importance of strengthen psychological health of the undergraduates in China, based on the connotation of Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates.Part 2: This part focuses on the basic psychological health situation of the undergraduates in China, introduces the current condition of the Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates and the related research fields, also analyzes and summarizes achievements and experiences. Meanwhile, this part focuses on analyzing the main problems and the causes in the Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates, detailed in contents of education, ways of education, teachers' contingent, institution of education, organization management, etc.Part 3: This part focuses on the solutions and approach to improve the PsychologicalHealth Education for Undergraduates. Aiming to the main problems, it stands from the point of system build; Based on the situation of China and maneuverability, it studies the working technique, approach, environment, organization setup involved in Chinese Psychological Health Education for Undergraduates in this new era.
