| The tendency of today's design of consumer products has convert-leading product to leading consumption. When designing consumer products, today's designer think more about how to meet consumers' perceptual requests. Color is one of the most important factors standing for perceptual request in product design, but design of consumer products color doesn't just depend on the imagination and inspiration of designer, its necessary to find a set of reasonable method and formula of color design.Summing up basic theory of color, we can summarize and analyze all kinds of factors, which influence on design of consumer products color. Then we can combine the theory and method of semi logy, environment art and mold-block design to inductive standard method and formula of color design. The method includes three aspects: color combination on the basis of color meaning scheme, Modulating color on the basis of systematic space of product, and color accommodation of multitude product on the basis of mold-block design. The formula includes six chief steps: collection and analyses of material of consumer goods color and investigation reports, deciding the color of product, determining and evaluation of the effect of color design, attempt and modifying, following investigation and after-sale service.At last, we will summarize the above research and point out the research is just the begin of a systematic research. At the ending of paper, there are a lot of the directions of following research. |
