Under thisbackground, UIBE, who had been a pioneer in the field of ESP teaching, established FinancialEnglish course in order to cultivate composite talents that could meet the social needs, and thecourse has earned popular recognition of learners.Financial English should be under the title of ESP, so the research on it should follow thegeneral theoretical framework of ESP, whose most important part is needs analysis onlearners.
