For any society and country, the value concept not only is the main rule for social system and order, but also the core content for the construction of national thinking and spirit culture. At the same time, the value concept is the internal soul to guide the social ideal, believing and spirit. The value concept is the spirit in the people's life, which decides people want to pursue what kind life. So it is the fundamental guide for people's activity.For any country, the construction of main-stream value concept must based on their traditional culture, and the value concept direction must be suitable for the real social value definition.
