A Study Of Psychological Education In Polytechnic Colleges

As is well known, the practice of psychological education in schools is an need for the modern society to improve person's quality according to the characteristics of the young people's body and mind development. In order to obtain the actual effect in psychological education in polytechnic colleges, theory must be applied to practice and a characteristic practice pattern should be probed into according to the distinctive quality of the education object. This research topic puts forward a basic conception and implementation strategy for the practice of psychological education in polytechnic colleges on the basis of the analysis of the psychological characteristics and psychological conditions of the students according to the practice of psychological education in polytechnic colleges in Yangzhou and Taizhou districts and the experience and pondering on it.The unique and main argument of this dissertation lies in the following: Firstly, the practice of psychological education in polytechnic colleges should reveal the characteristics of vocational education and construct the system of psychological education content centering on the training of occupational psychology and the system of psychological education path guiding the plan of occupation fresh source. Secondly, according to the fact that the psychological education is out of line with other works in common college and it tends to be isolated and vertical and horizontal, this dissertation suggests that the management mechanism fusing human source, thing, organization and psychological education content should be built up with the aid of educational administration management. Thirdly, according to the reality of the lack of culture atmosphere, of specialized teachers and the insufficiency of research strength in polytechnic college, this paper suggests that a work system and movement mechanism should be built up, which suits the condition for running a school and melts psychological education into routine management of students affair, and the goal, usability and operation of the practice of psychological education in polytechnic colleges should be stressed.
