Since the 1990s, The Theory of Multiple Intelligences, proposed by American Psychologist Howard Gardner, has had a profound impact on schools and classrooms throughout the U.S. Moreover, this theory has become one of the most important guiding principles of education reform in other western countries. In China, with the necessity of deepening education reform and promoting quality education, it is practically important that we study the implication of MI on education reform. Theory of Multiple Intelligences include the different aspects of students' development: linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, spatial intelligence, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence and natural intelligence.Double I Curricula are a series of moral education curriculum which are open to all the students in Shanghai High School.Double I are the initials of interpersonal intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence. The curricula, which feature the students' own experience, are aimed at developing students' interpersonal intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence, promoting students' moral standard consciousness so as to form a good attitude toward his own behavior. And in this respect, the curricula can develop students' healthy mentality, thus enhancing their communication and cooperation with others, so that students can be adapted to this open and changing society.This essay is established in school moral education curricula------the Double ICurricula, which gives a detailed account of the curricula and discusses its value. The essay is composed of six parts: the introduction to part five introduce the background, meaning, contents, practice and counterclaim, while the last part talks about the inspiration to quality education.
