From The Heated Social Criticism To The Exploration Of Steady Academic Rationality

The Xinchao Community was an organization established by Beijing University's mass of students during the May Fourth Movement period. It is also a cultural community which can't be ignored in the literary history and the academic history in the 20th century. For a long time, researchers have paid much attention to the Xinchao Community from different perspectives, and made great progresses. However, in terms of cultural community, there remains the room for the research on pursuing the ideological track of the Xinchao Community (1919-1922). Just as the history of literature is a vivid time tunnel, the cultural community also has undergone the development. From this key point, the paper attempts to research on the ideological change of the Xinchao Community (1919-1922) comprehensively from the perspective of related original resources and cultural community.The paper includes three parts as follows:Introduction: Firstly, making a brief introduction to the preceding studies of the Xinchao Community (1919-1922), and emphasizing the feasibility and significance of this study. Secondly, dividing the stages of the Xinchao Community (1919-1922), and proposing the division basis.Body text: mainly dealing with the thought characteristics of the Xinchao Community(1919-1922) in the two periods and its manifestation, and analyzing the reasons of this kind of ideological track.The first section: The earlier period of the Xinchao Community (1919-1922) carried out the heated social criticism.
