The ballcoming art pericediecd was a spectacular phenomenon in the modern Chinese literary circles. It held a positive towards The Translation and Introduction and made great efforts to put it into effect. As a result, it played a very important role in the big progress of TI. like the literature production, literature translation is always effected and confined by its own culture environment and cultural concept while made translation bear a marked brand of Chinese language and literature and reflect some culture meanings of that time.Now beginning with periodicalis TI, our research is to find the cultural meanings of that time laid behind the TI so that we can get a close touch with the distinguishing features of the culture of a certain era. So based on this point, I choose ATT which published in ChongQing during the war to be the right abject to do air research. First, we will find its features in the literature translation by analyzing the periodical publication its special issue, masterpiece review, abridged translation of matterpiece, author's research translation and introduction and so on. Then with these features in the literature translation background in the whole 1940s in ChongQing ,we go on finding out the different and same things between ATT and her art publications of the same time like Literature Monthly, Hew World Keport, French Literature , World Art Quarterly, The second, we examine ATT's exterior environment SC-Culture District, periodical publisher. Time & Tide Press, main volumnist. People of Central University and the like things I order to analyse the reasons leads to develop into these features. In the article, we may discuss the effect on the feature ATT which we will analyse for a further discussion on the cultural feature of the large non-war-ravaged peace-loved western China the wartime.
