| Few people paid attention to Nazi social policy. Despite other countries researches, this issue is seldom touched systematically in China.Concerning the issue on one of the Nazi social policies-Worker protecting policy, this passage is divided into three parts-the introduction, the text and the conclusion, which constitute an organic unit. It is demonstrated briefly the importance of the research on the issue in this passage and proposed some problems. Meanwhile, it makes some introduction on the research at home and abroad. All the above establish foundation for the spreading of the whole text.The text can be divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter looks back the development of Worker protecting policy during Weimar period and the theory of Nazi Worker protecting policy. This chapter also analyses the important status that Worker protecting policy had taken up in the Nazi theories.The second chapter analyses the working relation adjustment took up by Nazi in order to set up new working relation during Nazi period. The status among Labor union that represented worker benefit, Enterpriser Group that represented capitalist benefit and state. During Weimar period, labor problems including Worker protecting problem had been solved by consulting between Labor union and Enterpriser Group. Nazi thought they did not discuss the questions from the prospect of national consciousness. To have more clear understanding of Nazism Worker protecting policy, this theory should be reconstructed; Nazi has achieved the object through rebuilding trade union and forming enterprise community.The third chapter refers to the early stage of Nazi Worker protecting policy. In this chapter, the Worker protecting policy have been divided into three parts-working right, protecting problem during working time and labor welfare system. Through analyzing the policy, the chapter has reflected Nazi how to carry out these policies on behave of Volksgemeinschaft, analyzing the effect of the policy also has been referred to in this chapter. |
