The Acquisition Research Of The Verb "住" Used As A Complement Of Result

The adjective and verb can be used as a complement of result, but few verb can be used as a complement of result, we always use the verb such as " 见,成,懂,走,住,到,在,给" as a complement of result, when verb used as a complement of result ,it is difficult for foreign students to acquire, and it is very important grammar in teaching Chinese as a second language. This paper research the verb "住"as a complement of result from the acquisition of foreign students. The purpose is to find the how foreign students acquire the verb "住" as a complement of result .We find that the acquisition of foreign students is varied, and the level of foreign students,the type of the verb and sentence can effect the acquisition. The effect is different for different levels.
