The Study Of Net-based Call And Its Influence On Quality Education

In recent years, the Internet and modern technologies have progressed by leaps and bounds. With this rapid progress, it has now become feasible and affordable to integrate Internet into CALL process. The infusion of Internet into CALL has altered considerably the instructional strategy in our educational institutions and changed the ways of teaching and learning. The traditional teacher-centric method of teaching, used for decades in our EFL educational system, has been modified and enhanced.In this paper, we focus on the influence net-based CALL on quality education. It contains four chapters.The first chapter is a brief introduction, including the proposal of the problem, the research angle, relevant concepts, and the means of data collection.The second chapter is devoted to further discussion of quality education. Firstly, an overview of Chinese education history, which laid emphasis on training quality of people, is to be examined. Then, a clear definition of quality education follows. As this paper is mainly concerned with how net-based CALL produces influences on quality education, a close-up will be given to the core of quality education—to bring students' creativity into play.The third chapter will look in detail into net-based CALL and its influence on intellectual education, particularly on the relationship between information and modern education, and various utilization of Internet in education. Distance education would be put forward and made brief analysis, including its characteristics, development, strong points, and prospects in the future.The fourth chapter is to discuss another aspect in education: moral education.
