The present arts education is facing many problems: Continuous change of social culture form, complication of the taste of the receptors, the existing of exam education as a huge rock, the great gap between limitation of vision culture receiving space and the unboundedness of taste space in actual situation. This article is intended to deeply discuss the concrete problems faced in the present culture situation and put forward the flexible constructive opinions. This article starts with the diachronic and simultaneity and make use of analysis, comparison, illustration and deduction.to fully explained the argumentation of the article.This article briefly illustrated the deep influence of the vision culture on the taste of the young, put forward the strategy meanings of the cultivation of vision recognition education, seek for the theory basis from the developmental psychology and Gestalt psychology, and adopted the Chinese and western comparison method to make comment on Chinese present arts education and point out the possibility. This article also analyzed the important function of the vision recognition ability to cultivate the sensing system, action system and experiencing system and put forward the education methods to the concrete vision recognition ability.This article paid attention to the time factor to get the penetration and clarity and supplied new theory and practice basis to the sustainable development of Chinese present arts education.
