Study On The Management Mode Evolution And Innovation Of Site Cultural Heritage Resource In Shaanxi Province

As a kind of Quasi-Public Goods in China ,site cultural heritage resource is with cultural value and economic value ,government should protect, explore and use it.Shaanxi provence is with rich site cultural heritage resorce and it' s site cultural heritage resorce management mode have been paid much attention by Shaanxi' s govemment. Due to institutional defections ,the management mode of cultural heritage resorce in Shaanxi province adopted did not protect the resources effectively. Shaanxi government tried to reform the management mode of site cultural heritage resources aiming at developing tourism and locol economy.The sustainable development of site cultural heritage resources cannot be assured for the importance,attributes of resources' s specific properties and level of Shaanxi' s ecomonic development ,it is an essential question for study to seek a suitable management mode and build perfect management system which helps protect site cultural heritage resources and their sustainable development as well.The thesis focuses mainly on site cultural heritage resources and analyses traditional management mode and exploring management mode in Shaanxi province. Lessons from experience of some developed coutries ,it adopts the theory of Public Goods and builds two new management modes of site cultural heritage resources in the future. It also puts forward corresponding guarantee conditions and suggestions on policies .It provides some overall suggestions by summarizing our specific situation.The object of this thesis is to help guide or suggest the practice of management of site cultural heritage resources in Shaanxi province.
