Studies On Shigong Drama Script

Shigong drama originates from archaic sorcery and Nuo witchery fete, and is informal religion activities to immortals at the beginning. It came into being in the latest Qing Dynasty as a drama style, and is popular in the north, middle and south of Guangxi province with large number of scripts in Chuang. However, the investigation of script seldom appears in public document. The author tries to do something to impel the investigation of Shigong drama.In the view of inheritance and development, the author discusses the classification, ideology content, artistic presentation characteristics, and value of Shigong drama script. The main purpose of this paper tries to give a reasonable orientation of Shigong drama script objectively, and makes people realize the urgency for the protection of the culture legacy.This paper consists of six chapters. The introduction: describes the meaning of topic selecting and script research status briefly, narrow down the research field and presents the research method. The first chapter: summarizes Shigong drama, and classifies the script based on the investigation of other researchers. The second chapter: systematically analyzes the script ideology content from religion story and worldly Life. The third chapter: discusses the artistic characteristics from the aspect of character image building, scenario, and language. The fourth chapter: sets forth the religion, collectivity, inheritation and the value of research, literature and practicability. The fifth chapter: presents some suggestions of the script protection in the point of view from government, academe, media and correlative department.
