The adverbs"no"and"none"are the mostly used in modern Chinese. The Chinese grammar academic circles always pay attention to the differences between the"no"and"none", and they put forward some suggestions. The most influent of them is the point of Lv Shuxiang in the"Eight Hundreds Words of Morden Chinese". But if we use the view, we will meet many exceptions, we also can not avoid the misunderstanding of the foreign students in the TCFL. Guo Rui put forward the theory of the"process"and"non-process", and he used it to explain the basic difference between"no"and"none". The paper agrees the view and trys to use it to analyse the misunderstandings of"no"and"none"in the Vietnamese students.The paper divided five parts. The first part is to introduce the cause of the paper and give a brief account of two circles, then I agreed the views of Guo Rui. The second part is to explain the theory of"process"and"non-process"then I used the theory to conclude the laws of"no"and"none"Vietnamese students who use the"no"and"none". The paper third introduced the situation of these misunderstandings then according to the laws of the second part. The forth part is to analyse the cause of the misunderstandings of Vietnamese students who used the"no"and"none". The paper completely discussed the general ananlyses of laws, the influences of students mother tongue, the misconduct of the Chinese teaching materials and the learning tactics of students and so on. The five part is conclusion, which put forward four suggestions about how to enhance the teaching of the Chinese to Vietnamese students and increase the efficiency of teaching.
