The social status of Hakka women has drawn more and more attention in theacademia. The paper, taking it as a case study Hakka community in the west of FujianProvince, which is the cradle of Hakka community, completely describes, analyzes andclassifies the Hakka women's musical act in order to explore the social background andreasons behind the musical act and to put Hakka women's social status in morecomprehensive position, by adopting the theory of culture anthropology, fieldinvestigation in the nation musicology and social sex theory of feminism. According tothis Paper, Hakka women are the main force for music composition, and the music ofHakka women is the main part of Hakka culture. The content of the music, singing skillsstyles express vividly and truly the theme that Hakka women maintain the stability ofHakka community with their diligent and inner-smart act in the background of the feudalceremony, Taoism and Confucianism. Hakka women are not only the creators of materialcivilization, but also the remarkable ones of spiritual civilization.
