Michel Foucault is not only one of the most important contemporary philosophers and thinkers, but also a psychologist. Although many people have made various introductions, annotations as well as analysis to him, people have never paid enough attention to his psychological thought. This article will discuss Foucault who is a psychologist. Through Foucault's archaeology and genealogy, his view of discourse, construction, psychotherapy and aesthetics of existence, we can have a research into Foucault's psychological thought. His archaeology and genealogy are qualitative methods, which can be used in psychology. In his opinion, people's experience can be constructed by discourse. He put forward the view of "death of human". He also thought we should care for ourselves, and so on. Then there is a brief appraisal to his psychological thought, include its value and its problems.
