Employee loyalty (loyalty to organizations) is a critical issue in modern enterprises. It is not only an important standard to assess employee loyalty for enterprises, but also the foremost standard to promote subordinates. Although the western researchers' study of employee loyalty (loyalty to organizations) by organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior has lasted for almost half a century, the researches can't fully characterize the conception of employee loyalty in China because researches about loyalty in China have also existed for a long time. Even so, there are few profound researches on employee loyalty under Chinese background, and fewer Empirical Researches.Based on the overviews of former researches, the conception of loyalty under Chinese background and interviews with employees, this study forms the theory hypothesis,and furthermore,questionnaire. After the reliability and validity are tested, the closed-questionnaire are formed to investigate employee loyalty in enterprises; and some suggestions are proposed to select and train loyal employees.The results of this study follow as:(1) The psychological structure of employee loyalty consists of 3 dimensions, namely, honesty, "keeping word" and dedication. And every dimension comprises 2 secondary dimensions,which are respectively named as self-deception, impression-management; interpersonal credit, attitude toward work; interpersonal facilitation, task performance.(2) The review of the questionnaires' reliability and validity indicates that the questionnaires are effective and reliable.(3) The model propounds a new view of the study on assessing and bringing up the degree of employees' loyalty in Chinese culture.(4) For employees of different position and different occupation there are significant difference on "keeping word" and dedication dimensions.
