The bonds between the teachers and the students, the officials and their recommenders, and varieties of assemblies played crucial roles in the making of the conformity. The comments on the intellectuals was the reflection of the conformity, meanwhile intensified the conformity.The rising of the partisan discussion movements had begun since the eunuchs troubled the politics, which is not far away from the enates holding the power. Why did the eunuch stratum become to the opponent of the intellectuals while the enates did not. It is the consequences of the constitution arrangement combined with the different ideas of the intellectuals to the eunuchs and the enates.The last question is why did the partisan discussion movements get up rapidly and also eclipse in a short time. The key to the question is morality. Morality had acted as a powerful tool when the intellectuals united with each other and fascinated the social masses. Since the morality became their solitary goal, their actions were not benefit with the country, and anybody can't be burden with the morality cross. At the same time, the soulful intellectuals acted on a luminous stage with a grey background, where the people did not abide with morality. So the partisan discussion movements extinguished rapidly.
