Research On The Capital Fu And The Capital City Of Han Dynasty

Han Fu (fu—poetry in Han Dynasty) is the greatest literature of Han Dynasty, and Capital Fu is its magnum opus. Before the 20^th century, researchers just focus on the literature characteristics of Capital Fu, and ignore the rich literature information in it. As a result, most of people have a negative view on it. In the present paper, the author manages to use historiography, sociology and archaeology to carve out a new space for Capital Fu from the capital construction, life and aesthetic fashion.The key point of Capital Fu is the construction system of Han Dynasty. Because of the thriving construction of the cities, Han Dynasty is considered as a citilized society. And it is the key reason for Capital Fu to come into being and thrive; meanwhile, it is also a key point ignored in the past. Capital Fu has ever had a fierce dispute about where the capital city should be. And it also has a intuitionistic description of the similarity and difference of the two Han planning and the partition of its function. All of these directly reflect the changes of the construction concept, and the similarities and differences of politics and cultural thinking of the two Han. The first part of the present paper will be about it.Capital Fu shows us the richest and most vivid life scenes of Han cities, such as: the hunting of the emperor, the sacrifice of the royal family, the complicated royal life, the thriving business, and the entertainment of the despots. In the literature history of China, Capital is the first to show us a complete and vivid the life of all classes, and it is of great significance of literature and society. It will be the second part.Capital Fu also shows the aesthetic fashion of the Han cities, and it mainly focuses on poetry, architecture, music, and dancing art. Among them, one can see the beauty of Han Fu, the pursuit of big space of architecture, the following of the courtesy, and the contribution of gardens thinking. So, one may say, Capital Fu is the recorder of Han Dynasty, and the important references of Han arts. It will be the third part of the present paper. From the point of Capital Fu to see the construction system, life and aesthetic fashion of the time, and from the three aspects to reflect Capital Fu, are the original intention of the present paper, and it will be the three dimensionality of the present study.
