In the cultural history of China, there were too many men who shared the predominance position, but women usually were not known to public. In the last thousand years, the women who were well worth mentioning were as rare as morning stars in the cultural history, but Ban Zhao may be an exception. Ban Zhao, who lived in Dong Han Dynasty was a famous historist, author and educationist. As a historist, she made greate contribution to compile Han Shu, which is an important historical book in Chinese history. However, she was condemned heavily as a educationist because for the text of Nvjie, which was an educational article to girls and women. In the ancient society , it was said that men were more important than women, so Nvjie was thought of the most classical book.Today, some contens and thought of Nvjie have no longer been reasonable to the education, so many people hold negative attitude to Ban Zhao.
