The paper regards political science as visual angle of studying mainly, analyzes how the Communist Party Mobilizes peasants to participate in land reform and peasant's political participation. I think, during the land reform from 1946 to 1949, political consciousness is thin, the peasants with low political position could be stimulated high political enthusiasm and broke into surprising political energy, which was inseparable from mobilization and education of the Communist Party of China in land reform. After political consciousness being wakened, the peasants joined various political organizations in the village and participated in various political activities enthusiastically. They became backbones of the rural basical organization under the leader of the Communist Party of China. Thus changed the political pattern of the rural society, which had far-reaching historical influences.The paper is divided into four parts.In the first part , the author probes into the necessity of political mobilization in land reform and analyzes the ways which are divided into movable mobilization and educational mobilization.In the second part , the author generalizes ways of peasant's political participation in land reform, which include Participation in " pour out one's woes " sports, in the mass organization, in the election, in the culture learning, joining the Communist Party of China and joining the army to support the front .In the third part, the author appraises peasant's political participation and point out that the participation of enthusiasm combines with participation of passivity.In the fourth part, for summarizing the thought of the experience and lessons, this paper analyzes historical influence of political participation, which promotes the awakening of peasant's political consciousness; consolidates the legitimacy of Communist Party of China's regime; promotes high social integration and brings some negative influences at the same time.At the end of the article the author evaluates peasants' political participation in land reform and reveals the historical and reality meanings of the studying of the subject.
