Evolution Of Cultural Orientation About Folk Songs Of Zhuang Nationality

Zhuang People have singing tradition with the millennium. To Zhuang people, Folk songs are the main form of memory and inheritance. Therefore they contain the nation's cultural value and gene of feeling. However, in different historical periods, cultural orientation of Zhuang's folk songs are not completely same to government and scholars, and this cause different cultural situation of Zhuang's folk songs. The essay attempts to inspect the history of folk songs in cultural orientation and explores the influences of government and scholars on folk songs.Before the Qing Dynasty, because the conflict between folk songs and Confucian culture , folk songs were regarded as"Bad custom". In Minguo period , the government improved campaign about costom , and folk songs were seemed as"feudal",superstition". In the early period of new China, government paid more attention to folk songs, and even improved in the form of"political culture movement". But they had too much political content to become a political symbol. In the period of"cultural revolution", under the slogan of"down with everything", folk songs were regarded as"feudal","yellow song". Zhang people were prohibited to sing songs.Since the 1980s, in the context of modernization, it is widely recognized that folk songs maintain the cultural foundation of Zhuang nationality. Under the voice for the protection of folk songs in the international and domestic background, the government changes its attitude to local culture, and formulates a series of policy. Scholars also call for the protection of folk songs. Though folk songs trend the overall declining, they constantly expand their cultural space . This shows the strong survival adaptability.It is essential to value Zhuang people's folk songs with cultural standard. To the cultural orientation and protection of Zhuang people's folk songs, the dominant force of government,the knowledge force of scholars,the capital force of businessmen and the local cultural force of local people, are the indispensable part. Only a system of protective collaboration is established, it is possible to guarantee the Intangible Cultural Heritage to hand down for generation.
