On Modern Oil Painting Artistic Tension

The art tension in paintings is simply the infection and visionalwallop of the paintings own. In our process of paintings creation, the arttension is everywhere and it's the life of art. It is of great importance in theprocess of paintings creation. Paintings should exactly transmit grandconcept not sick or irritative. Art tension mainly contains two parts---thetension of vision and spirit. The very important factor in some excellentpaintings is of tension. Therefore, it's necessary to study which aspect canshow art tension and how to show it. Painting art tension is relative to theinnovative creation of paintings.The author of this passage mainly analyzes, in oil paintingsaccording to her major, the ways of art tension and its relationship withdifferent painting styles. The article demonstrates the art tension in twoparts—the vision tension and the spirit tension in oil paintings. In thevision tension part, the author tries to analyze and study it on the base ofcolor, shape, composition of a picture as well as the materials and throughpainting factors for its problem sense; however, the spirit tension, tries toincrease the art tension by combining the external social activities andsubjective spirit in oil painting creations through the examples anddiscussion of the painting materials, style consciousness and theconception. And then, she gives some examples of the art tension in each style of modern oil paintings according to the mixture of the tension ofvision and spirit.Through the analyze of this article, she draw the conclusion: modernoil paintings have vision tension as well as spirit tension; modern oilpaintings have interdependent relationship of the two; and the creationconception of modern oil paintings is gradually developing in the way ofconsciousness and conception.
