The fundament of aristotle's city-states theory is nature,which is the necessary of city-states'existence,Owning to human being's lives,city-states has appeared,but it's persistent existence was founded on the base of well-off life.Because city-states is played on important roce in reining humanity and morality,from above perpective,Aristotle's ideal city-states is Aristotle,and education is her fundament.But this ideal city-states could realized under the absolute circumstance.But his intrest is not here,for him the main problem political is a practical problem .which is system of govment or policical system.The core problem of system is not so much the solution of requirements.which are mutually contradict as to look for justice and how to realize it in the conception of the disputed justec.in fast aristotle's purstit of justice is equal to the parsuit of system which can be used to support the civil morality.The real and feasible system is"combinative system".which is founded on the base of middle-class,in reality,it's near to the ideal noble system.Aristoteles considered city-states depended on nature, while, the opporents of conwentions views city-states are promissory and fimally depended on forces.Then,what's the basis of Aristoteles's denfence for naturalism of city states? The first part of the thesis probes into this issue. On the origins of the city-states, A regarded the generating process, He adopted the way that history and logic are mutually consistent. TO explain this process, The application of this method is to illustrate of ethics.the aim of city-states is to be"good",that is the pursuit of humen's morel ends and reasons. In addition,to denfend for the naturaling of Aristoteles'sput forword this famous proposition, Human are the an imdlls which tend to live in city-states. TO Aristoteles's,prodaiming humans are naturally political animal means their own seleation in accordance with"goodness",and they demand to live apolitical life in the environment of law and the skills of the statesman who owns the knowledge of legislation . city-states can make people ehogse better ,so city-states nation are doctrines of entirety .That is because to Aristotle, the main problem in politics is the problem of practice, i.e. its regime or political system. So the second part of this thesis mainly discussed his theory of the regime. In the organizing of politics, city-state is composed of many citizens. The regimes being different, the meanings of citizens differ. The nature of regime is to define the aim which city-state pursues or the highest aim worthy of respect, and defines the ruler of the city-states as well. After investigated the regimes of 158 Greece city-states, Aristotle classified the regimes with certain criteria, and held the idea that the central problem of regime is finding out what fairness is or how to realize fairness. He believed that fairness in universal meaning lies in obeying the law, and ranges of fairness in politics is the same with that in the law, both consist of natural fairness and customary fairness. However, only among citizens, natural fairness can be fully developed. Natural fairness should be sought from maintaining the rules of the city-states and obeying the law of it, as the aim of law is to keep away wickedness of human nature, thus ensure the common benefit of the city-states. The distribution of power is the main problem that Aristotle should solve. He believed that the unity of the noble citizens are suitable to have power. His way of solving the distribution fairness problem is defined by his practice: weaken or eliminate the political conflicts between the poor and the rich.
