| Teacher Professionalization is the main trend of the Teacher Education Development worldwide, which is also the direction required for the development of all teachers from Malaysia Chinese Independence Secondary Schools. Currently, Teacher Training Organizations and Teachers Welfare Management System worldwide have made tremendous revolution after realizing the importance of the Teacher Professionalization, which is also proven a successful strategy in accelerating the Teacher Education Development. As such, Teacher Professionalization has become the main challenge and focus to various units from Malaysia Chinese Education System, and the leaders from most of the primary and secondary schools.However, Chinese Education has long been ignored by Malaysia National Education System due to national policy and strategy, especially Chinese Independence Secondary Schools in Malaysia. They have been struggling in surviving, and not been receiving any forms of support, both financially and training development, from National Education System. Basically, the Chinese Independence Secondary Schools in Malaysia are replying on the financial and spiritual support from the local Chinese community. Such limitations have been restricting the development of the Chinese Independence Secondary Schools, and further challenging the stabilization for both the "Quantity" and "Quality" of teachers.The study of this research is based on the current situation of Teacher Professionalization and training development system in Malaysia Chinese Independence Secondary Schools. Meanwhile, raising the concerns and requirements to provide constructive approaches to build a complete Teacher Qualification Examination System, and further improve the Teacher Professionalization Training Mechanism. This is the compulsory effort to resolve the issues of instability and inadequate profession of the teachers, which have long been faced by Malaysia Chinese Independence Secondary Schools. |
