Analysis And Research Of Design Concept Based On Ethical Thought

As the practice of human beings,design is the sign of transforming nature and reflect the development and progress of society.With the increasing impact on people's lives recent years,people begin to feel a variety of ethical issues brought by design when enjoying the convenience and comfort from design.These problems on ethical issues have impacted on humans and the nature,which is arousing concern and attention of people.Therefore, the design research limited to a specific product or a specific design method is obviously not enough, it must be expanded to the whole vision of human society and the natural environment.This study mainly fouses on design research from the perspective of the moral and ethical, it firstly analyse the dialectical relationship between design and ethics and explain what is the connotation of design ethics.Then,with the research results of current ethics field,this paper discusses the ethical issues caused in the process of design by means of theory and methods attributed to ethics and design.Based on the above research,we reach the following conclusion:design should be based on many factors,such as people,environment and natural resources,should reflect the care,respect,understanding and protection on the individual consumer,at the same time,must promote reasonable aesthetic concepts to guide rational consumption and control the over-production.Furthermore,it is significant for design to improve the human living space and the environment and conserve the energy and resource,in other words,design should be conducive to maintaining global ecological balance and quality.Through the research of the element theory, basic tenets and the application of the theory on design ethics,this paper construct the operational procedures and methods that based on the design ethics,in order to guide the design practice.
