The Research On The Edition Of The Book-The History Of Shi Duanjin Ci Hua Through The Successive Dynasties In Ming Dynasty

The paper elaborates the following four aspects: the textual criticism of Ci Hua,the research and criticism on edition of the history of Shi Duanjin Ci Hua through the successive dynasties and the relationship between the history of Shi Duanjin Ci Hua through the successive dynasties and Tan Ci,conclusion.Ci Hua is one of an important chain link in the China literature of mixed prose and verse research. Ci Hua was produced in Tang Song dynasty, prospered in Ming dynasty, evolved in Qing dynasty. It both has been continuing the ancient civilization literature of mixed prose and verse system and the Bian Wen of Southern and Northern Dynasties, and connects the two important folk vocal art forms, which was popular in north and south in Ming Qing dynasty-Tan Ci,Gu Ci. Regarding the notes and comments on Ci Hua research, it started in last century, The senior scholars had already studied hard on the concept of Ci Hua, the evolution, the extant situation as well as affected the various aspects to launch the discussion. In these discussions, they had talked about a history book many times- the history of Shi Duanjin Ci Hua through the successive dynasties, especially they also had pointed out its importance. It is one of the few extant Ci Hua in Ming Dynasty (approximately fifteen kinds) and the single extent precious Ci Hua in Ming Dynasty, which speaked the history story. Its integrated text existence supplied us valuable material for studying the system of Ci Hua, the traditional entertainment involving talking and singing procedure, the text content form, the relationship between the other literature of mixed prose and verse and Ci Hua. But the paper which regarding this important work research is very few at present, the research on the edition inheritance system of this book are even fewer. This paper selects the research direction of the edition inheritance system of the history of Shi Duanjin Ci Hua through the successive dynasties. When this question is clarified, this book's further thorough research, such as the text matter of form, the text author, the text thought, the text influence and soon will play an important foundation role, it also will provide the early important achievement for us to research the Chinese traditional entertainment involving talking and singing history of literature. Through lots of study and verify, I believe that such topic autograph exists two kinds of situations:One kind is truly did by Yang Shen. Because the earliest extant preface material has the foreword which was written by Yin Wuqing in the period of Jia Jing (when Yin Wuqing passed the successful candidate in the highest imperial examinations, Yang Shen still lived). The foreword mentioned Yang Shen had written the book of Ci Hua. The edition of Yin Wuqing is called as Shu Ben by the people in Ming dynasty. The edition, which was compiled and revised by Chen Jiru, came from Shu Ben in the period of Wan Li Ren Chen. According to the true words of Zhu Maoshi, who owned this book, there was the brief account of Yang Shen, and he had put it in the preface of his print The republishing print of the history of twenty-one Tan Ci in Chong Zhen Xin Si. But the edition hides in Shang Hai library now, has not this foreword (there is not the foreword in Yang Shen's anthology too), whether the collector or editor had lost it or had not put it in, it waits us to get the same block-printed book to draw the conclusion again some day. We decide Shu Ben as the book which Yang shen personally compiled and checked before death temporarily, this system books had inherited continuously to Republic of China.One kind is only named by Yang Shen, such as the edition of republished print in Qian Long Xin You. Its title page signed Cheng Du Yang Shengan compiled, The notes of the history of twenty-one Tan Ci. But in the preface of this book, it had already explicitly explained that, this book was written by Mr. Sun Dianan in Qian Long year, and the notes were registered by his apprentice Wu Ruheng. The main text already was not prose and ten words accumulation types, but was the pure story standard seven-syllable sentence type. The content was also completely different, too.After the history of Shi Duanjin Ci Hua through the successive dynasties was printed in the year of Jia Jing, it was not only called Ci Hua, but also was named the history of twenty-one Tan Ci. Its content and form had not been changed. After Qing Dynasty, the name of Ci Hua in Shu Ben had disappeared except the history of twenty-one Tan Ci. This paper talks concretely about the relationship between the work and Tan Ci from the angle of the evolved edition.The thesis is for the first time to research the history of Shi Duanjin Ci Hua through the successive dynasties from the direction of edition documentary.
