On Poetic Style Of Xiao Qian's Novels

This thesis based on the achievements which are about the poetic study of novels published one after another in the last few years is mainly the poetic ponder on Xiao Qian's novels. Looking thoroughly to the former studies dedicated to Xiao Qian, although quite thorough research results have been obtained in many domains, the overall grasp of the poetic style of Xiao Qian's novels is still deficient.Therefore, based on the attentive reading of the text, the thesis, from the artistic esthetic angle, conducts the comprehensive research through the impression of the childhood memory to the author's novels, different narration style, and type of writing conveying unique meaning and abstracts ,concludes and constructs the poetic style of Xiao Qian' novels.During Xiao Qian's novel creation, the recollection of the childhood life nearly becomes the main origin for the theme of his novels. The sincere childhood complex not only brings endless fountainhead for the creation of XiaoQian' novels, but also simultaneously has stimulated the writers to choose the narration strategy from children's angle of view.Most novels in his novel collection "Under subjugation collection", "Chestnut" demonstrate various life presentations and savour the inconstancy of human relationships through children---the special artistic angle.In the Chinese modern history of literature, there are many writers who employ children's angle of view in writing, such as ,LuXun , XiaoHong and LingShuhua.But what is valuable for Xiao Qian is that his works reveal people's social snobbery and the inconstancy of human relationships more completely and are full of sincerity and rich poetic color.The poor living condition during his childhood and life under subjugation leave painful memory for XiaoQian. But when he shapes it in visible words, he adopts a different kind of narration style. Under the influence of writers of other domain, he creates a kind of narration style that is euphemistic, exquisite, reserved,refined and belong to himself. In Xiao Qian's novels, we rarely see the story plot that is sinuous , strange or strained. In order to transmit his subjective mood and present his esthetics pursue, he , who is driven by overwhelming creation inspiration, organizes the impression fragment, life scene and thought that are stored in memory in forms of polished words and endows the novel with rich poetic style.There are massive unconventional strange language and colorful image world in Xiao Qian's novels. The unconventional strange language pours the vigorous life into the language and brings a complete new experience and feeling for readers.And each well-considered image is jumping in his works which freshes people's mind and appeals to them. All of these make his literary works full of poetic interest, poetic meaning and poetic rhyme.What Xiao Qian writes is novel but completes in the form of poem. As a writer, Xiao Qian employs extremely sumptuous poem in his novels. Therefore we have the responsibility to conduct the profound research from this aspect, to further excavate Xiaoqian's novel's unique art value and to demonstrate the status and value of Xiao Qian's novel in Chinese modern literature ideological trend and the school history through the research.
