A Study On Family Life Of The Common Woman Of The Han Nationality In Yuan Dynasty

Yuan Dynasty ruled by the Mongols, is vast in territory, has numerous nationalities, active international association and citiy economic prosperity, under this background, the life of common women of the Han nationality demonstrated different characteristics ,compared with the former dynasty. This text, through analyzing the family life of the women of common people of the Han nationality of Yuan Dynasty, with the research visual angle of history, combining with the literary works, drawing some concepts and methods from woman studying and sociology, Using mutually method of the card of the literature and history , tries hard to represent the family life state of the women of common people of the Han nationality of Yuan Dynasty, hopes to reproduce and supplement two sexes society in Yuan Dynasty to truer extent.The paper is formed by the introduction ,the main text and conclusion..In the introduction, which has reviewed the state of study on women's history in Yuan Dynasty since the the 20th century, explains the research meaning of this text , defines the women of common people of the Han nationality of Yuan Dynasty, has introduced the social background that the women of common people of the Han nationality in Yuan Dynasty survived .The main body of this article is made up of six sections.The first chapter utilizes role's theory to study the family role's changing and right of the common people of the Han nationality women of Yuan Dynasty, analyze legal identity and status, marital autonomy, the right of inheriting family's property; study family status, family duty, the right of inheriting family's property and the right of divorcing and remarrying of married woman whose role has changed. The second chapter discusses characteristics and content of women teaching in the family of Yuan Dynasty , common people of the Han nationality, puts women teaching in common people's knowledge family and poor family of Volkswagen under comparative study.The third chapter probes into the dress of the women of common people of the Han nationality ,which has not only the traditional style of the Han nationality of former dynasty but also the characteristic that Yuan Dynasty ruled by the Mongols exclusively owned, meanwhile, which reflects organic integration of the economic life state of common people's stratum and aesthetics.The fourth chapter discusses the recreational activities of the common women of the Han nationality in Yuan Dynasty, which was mainly traditional festival celebration activities and various entertainment recreational activities.The fifth chapter discusses the violence of family which the common women of the Han nationality of Yuan Dynasty suffered, which mainly has three causes: the influences of the traditional idea of preferring men to women, men's superiority to women; the infiltration and erosion to ethics key link often of Central Plains by Mongolia's old custom, The poor stratum is driven by the economic benefits, the morals decline.The sixth chapter Probes into chastity view of common women of the Han nationality of Yuan Dynasty, thinks that women's chastity had not generally accepted to women of Yuan Dynasty, woman's own chastity ideas are generally thin, because the influence that government's law and policy make, and Neo-Confucianism spread, chastity view of woman had strengthened slightly after middle periods in Yuan Dynasty, Through Yuan Dynasty, women's chastity idea was still thinner.In the introduction, which it is a summary of the text, and inspire us to rethink how to contemporary women to gain true liberation.
