Dancing On The Mind World

Wang Anyi is an outstanding female writer in modern Chinese literary circles. She attracts the attention of the critical circle because of her great creativity. Many researchers have made a lot of explanation and criticism about her novels in the past 30 years. Especially in the 1990s,a great many researchers have discussed the creation of Wang Anyi's novels through a feminine angle of view. However,there is a relatively poorly field about Wang's novels from the angle of sur-femininity. In a sense,Wang Anyi's writing have entered a trans-sexualism stage after the 1990s. She is good at the trivial ordinary daily life. During her many years of novel creation process,Wang Anyi gradually forms her unique and mature conception about novel.Based on the present achievements,this dissertation is to study Wang Anyi's novels after the 1990s from the angle of sur-femininity. She pays much attention to the living condition of women and their fate in the period. According to my own feeling and experience in reading,I try to analyse and explain a series of works of Wang's. In the process,I want to discuss the possibility and reasonability about the writing of sur-femininity. Moreover,I want to reflect the meaning of the sur-femininity to modern Chinese literature.This whole paper consists of four chapters in addition to an introduction,concluding remarks. The first chapter mainly deals with theories about the sur-femininity. In the second chapter,I give some analysis about Wang Anyi's novels after the 1980s from the view of narrative style. The third chapter is concerned with feminine self-development,marriage and sexual love,and so on by the three important works. Chapter 4,Under the background of feminine literature development in china,the cognition process from sentiment to construction is well displayed. I also point out the significance and value of her works in the history of contemporary literature.At the end of this paper,I summarize the whole paper's discussion and give a brief conclusion about Wang Anyi's novels after the 1990s.
