Following the victory over England beating strong Spanish--Invincible Armada-- in 1588, England has developed its national strength rapidly. Because of calling for development outward from the domestic, the British Government positively took activities in external development strategy and the extension to overseas markets.As a typical capitalist countries at that time,Holland ,being famous for transshipping trade, the fishing industry, shipbuilding industry and the credit industry, became the primary enemy for Britain."The Maritime" put forward by Britain restricting against Holland in 1652 led to the outbreak of war. After three Anglo-Dutch wars, Britain, with its stronger industrial strength ,a powerful navy, and the unique geographical location,beat Holland known as the sea carriage Cardiff. Shaking off the shackles of Holland,England,with the rapid development of the capitalist economy, stepped into the advanced capitalist countries.However, Holland fell a second-class capitalist country after England.
