The social differentiation is one of the inevitable phenomenas that our country's social structural changes brings in this historical stage .This kind of phenomenon brings a series of social labor pains to our country contemporarily, But this kind of labor pains may not be ignored .the influence resulted in the human must be given enough attention .The social differentiation and human's development is one kind of interaction relations ,The orderly nature of the social macrostructure can correspondingly causes the orderly nature of the personality microstructure .Society's unceasing development and disintegrating cause human's personality structure also unceasingly to split up correspondingly .The social structure can be regarded as the external performance and the mechanism of the human nature growth or the external human nature in a sense. The rationality of the social differentiation displays the rationality of the personality differentiation , it is advantageous to the personality conformity. But social differentiation randomness will certainly to create the personality chaotic and the conflict. Our country social differentiation process is transitioning from the disorder stage to the order stage, with this process the personality of our Chinese people is converting from"the interdependence personality"to"the market personality"and then again to"the modern personality".Our country is being in such a stage that"the individual person"emerge unexpectedly, to this"individual person"publicizing must be carried on with criticizing, in order to sets a more explicit goal and right direction for the development of the personality of our Chinese people to a higher stage .
