In part two, a general study on practical translation will be presented, in which includes the definition, orientation, participants and its features. In part three, emphasis will be laid on discussing the source-language centered standards from two perspectives of Chinese and Western translation theories. Part four discusses the target-language centered standards, in which different practical translation standards, from the perspectives of Chinese translation theory and foreign theoretical fruits will be stated respectively. Part five acts as the core of the thesis, in which the writer attempts to provide dynamic standards from different perspectives for practical translation on the basis of former analysis and comparison of the two practical translation standards.
