Several Sides In Creation Of Public Art With The Topic Of "Shadow"

This paper relate the subject of shadow with the creation of public art. Based on this idea that Yin Yang theory is made as a extension and direction of the subject of shadow, several issues about the creation of public art are discussed such as creation of public art need to pay more attention to traditional cultural resource and establish the city landmark; it is important to the creation of public art that the public can participate in and art need to be harmonized with natural and social environment; in order to develop new space for public art, some new technology could be introduced.
