The music classroom management is an imperative part of music education,as well as an important measure aiming at enhancing the effectiveness of music lesson,cultivating students' active attitude toward study and facilitating the good interaction between students and teachers.Adopting empirical research approach , including observation of music classroom teaching,interview of the teachers,questionnare and etc, the author discusses the trasformation, position, function and characteristic of the "classroom manegement"and put forward the specialty of music classromm manegement.Meanwhile, commencing from the current situation and problems of music classroom management in our country, the author carefully researches the elements of China's music classroom management, including the management of classroom environment,classroom rules, classroom misbehaviors and cooperate learning team in classroom,which combine the specialty of music closely.Based on these researches,the author raises some practical advice on music classroom management with the sincerely hope that these advice would provide referential experience for the reaserchers and practicers of the music education .
