In order to obtain comprehensive, profound and essential understanding of the things and the practice, one must start from the advanced stage of the development of the things and the practice to criticize the cognition of the low level stage, so the low-level cognition can be corrected and can become a component to the senior-stage cognition. Practical Reflection has the following characteristics: practicality, thinking from present to the past and forward-looking, introspective and so forth. It has constructive and critical functions. The above contents constitute a "theoretical chapter." However, in the reality of human activities, no matter in the course of practice or after it, what angle can people choose for reflection? How many links does the structure of the reflection include? At the final chapter of the paper, a detailed introduction of rationality of practice was given.
