Attribution is a cognitive process, in which one determines the cause of a result by perceiving, thinking, and reasoning. The result of attribution would affect the emotion, motivation, and afterward activities of the attributor. What the interpersonal attribution mean is that subject infer the object still in dating and also their personal action as well as the current relationship situation. After many times' attributing, one could have his distinctive attribution style. So, studying the attribution style of master candidates not only let us know more about their mental state, but also instruct them to benefit their contacts attributed bad way, to refine one proper attributed interpersonal way, and then acquire the healthy interpersonal communication.The puzzles and its initiating issues occurring in the Master Candidates interpersonal communication process have become a hot talk of the high education and society. The attribution is crucial in the whole life and it shall influent the career development and life quality as well. The current study explore training method of the master candidates interpersonal attribution in order to guide them to acquire the proper way and become to be confident and to improve their personal communication ability, and also offer a theory and practical case for the high education job.The paper consults the scholar's theory and method home and abroad to edit the questionnaire and treats the master candidates as subject and focuses on the interpersonal attribution characteristics research and tries to explain the differences appearing in the communication actions of master candidates with various variables from the angle of the attribution. Based on it, the study offers the attribution training strategies to upgrade the master candidates interpersonal communication way. The main concerns in the study as follows:â‘ It concerns the current situation of the master candidates'interpersonal communication and the attribution way which offer the first-hand material for the characteristics research.â‘¡It focuses on the variable (sex, grade, major, one-child family and non-child family, the different origin variation) in the master candidates communication process and supplies evidence for analyzing their attribution characteristics.â‘¢The paper uses the questionnaire research method through consulting some scholar's theory and method home and abroad.â‘£Considering the characteristics of the master candidates'communicative attribution, the study offers their attribution training way to change their ill communicative attribution tendency to behave their interpersonal communication actions.The result shows that the overall situation of the master candidates'communicative attribution is scientific and reasonable. However, someone also make certain attribution damaging mental health in some situation attribution process, for example, they may attribute some negative events to internal and controllable causes. The communicative attribution considering the special characteristics of master candidates will ensure the interpersonal communication healthy development mentally and cognitively to help them develop the active, reasonable and scientific communicative attribution way and also guide the postgraduate education theoretically and practically.
