Language is the carrier of culture, the culture is the main form of expression and means of communication, these two different national languages of the language elements embodied in the cultural content will be different especially in the terminology.Symbolic language of vocabulary words is special component part, it contains a profound psychological rich nation, values, emotional factors such as cultural language vocabulary words in a typical culture.It's the word a symbol of the cultural significanse of one of the things that have a specific meaning when the new justice arrives.The national symbol of justice and the historical development of ideas, concepts and cultural traditions, mental of habits, aesthetic taste and other factors so the same things in different national languages often have different symbolic meanings.In this paper a cultural linguistics and comparative linguistics are mainly based on the theory of Chinese and mongolian words in colour and symbolic meaning of the words expessing animal symbolics of the differences comparative analysis of Chinese mongolian nominal terms in both languages cultural characteristics as well as Chinese mongolian contrast for teaching and chinese language and culture vocabulary to provide a reference.
